Rebel Sentiment

Rebel sentiment expressed in picture towards employement loyalty is common in our long hours, high-stress, hi-tech world.
Same rebel sentiment applies to employment loyalty no matter which generation you belong to, when
being abused, misunderstood, taken for granted, overworked, and underpaid.

Rebel sentiment expressed in this picture is common enough in our high stress, overworked, hi-tech world, presently populated by Millennials handing it over to Gen Xers, where loyalty to employers is slim.

They are unlike the Greatest Generation, our grand parents, those born before WW2 that were community-oriented, showed strong employer loyalty, worked hard, maintained a sense of personal civic duty, and passed this on to the Baby Boomers.

Never-the-less, there is absolutely no need for negative criticism and lumping together all members of the Millennial and Gen X generations instead judge if you must, each individual based on merit.

Although my picture seems to depict young Greatest Generation woman based on her garb and her hair style, and worn looking sheet metal advertisement plate she’s depicted on, what is really important is the message it gives.

The message is the same no matter which generation, that being abused, misunderstood, taken for granted, overworked, and underpaid garners the same rebel sentiment!

This is my contribution for WP single word prompt:”REBEL”.
