These different portraits depict two very unique people one a young woman the other a middle-aged man both however, share one commonality, they are entertainers.
Carlos Placeres is a Montrealer originally from Cuba, has a rich nuanced voice of a troubadour which I had the pleasure to be entertained by during the recent 2016 Montreal International Jazz Festival.
The beautiful young perhaps, African-Canadian woman, is a mystery that I have not investigated and therefore, remains unidentified I haven’t a clue who she is however, I did find her image attractive.
The fact that her portrait poster was pasted on a red brick and grey cinderblock wall and half-torn exposing the masonry was enough to convince me to capture this interesting image.
This my contribution for the WP weekly Discover challenge:”PORTRAITS”.
