Authorities admire responsible drivers that maintain vehicle speed below 40km/hour when passing through a school zone. Almost everywhere 30km/hour is the speed recommended speed enforced by the provincial/state law.

That silver-colored car got the thumbs up icon on this solar-powered LED display sign for obeying the law maintaining a speed within the requirements,those that speed through this school zone get an unhappy face icon and may end up with a hefty ticket.
