Clouds rule the skies over downtown Montreal sporadically opening up and emptying their heavy loads of rain on citizens and visitors alike caught in the open.
The annual 2016 Montreal International Jazz Festival started off with a bit of uncertainty about the weather as heavy dark rain clouds complimented with a bit of wind played a sort of Russian roulette with Montrealers and international visitors, many here for the music much of it free.
I was fortunate twice being inside either a store or this local Burger King across from the famous Hudson’s Bay department store having a bite to eat when the wind-driven, passing clouds emptied their contents, I was lucky.
My picture shows a scene that is not very far from the Festival grounds, which are east from this street corner, what you see looking through the glass panes is the west part or Saint Catherine street. This famous street runs east to west.
This is my contribution for WP single word prompt:”CLOUDS”.
