Earth Day Crisis

This is Earth Day and mobilized activists are out in force ensuring the major networks’ talking heads their global crisis for today. The one depicted here was in Montreal and it was a very lively event with a lot of people participating.

Each year in April  environmentalist activists led by the Earth Day Network hold demonstrations in the USA these mimicked in other countries on the globe. Earth Day founded Gaylord Nelson, when a Democrat Senator from Wisconsin, saw a massive oil spill in 1969 in Santa Barbara, California.

Since the first Earth Day in 1970 the Network (EDN) works with over 22,000 partners in 192 countries involving more than 1 billion people who take part in these activities each year. Some accomplishments of this movement are the passage of the landmark Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act.

This activism certainly is wonderful for these accomplishments however, let us not get carried away thinking this movement is a tame, benign, not ideological designed to help average, ordinary, citizens. Make no mistake about it this organization or movement is a slush fund for the elite, the one percenters most whom are Democrats. These folks don’t “donate” unless there is something in there for their benefit.
