An electronic antenna router is the object here

Spotted this object while coming back from my walk to the local pharmacy so I snapped a picture of it hanging way up on an electrical power post on a metal bracket. I believe it is some sort of electronic router with an antenna that is either owned by the local power company or the cable communications firm.
